1.1 Data you provide directly Account Information: * Name or nickname * Email address Content Information: * Reviews and comments on hiking trails * Uploaded photos * Ratings and feedback * Trails you mark as conquered, and the hike date you enter yourself Contact Information: * Messages sent to support team * Surveys and feedback 1.2 Automatically collected data * Site usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type) We do not request or store your GPS location. The trails shown as hiked come entirely from what you select yourself.

We use your data to: 2.1 Provide and improve experience ✅ Create and manage your account ✅ Record and display trails you have conquered ✅ Show your reviews and photos to other users ✅ Connect you with friends and hiking community 2.2 Communication and Support ✅ Respond to questions and inquiries ✅ Inform news and service updates 2.3 Security and Protection ✅ Detect and prevent unusual usage ✅ Verify identity and prevent fake accounts ✅ Enforce terms of use ✅ Maintain system security 2.4 Analysis and Development ✅ Analyze usage behavior to improve service ✅ Create statistics and reports (anonymous) ✅ Fix bugs and technical issues We do not display advertising and do not send marketing emails.

4.1 Public Data Your profile page is publicly viewable and shows: * Username, profile picture, and tagline * Social links you have entered * Reviews, comments, and photos you post * Trails you have conquered and your leaderboard ranking * Follower and following counts Uploaded photos are stored at public URLs. Anyone with the link can view them without signing in. 4.2 Sharing with Third Parties We use the following service providers to operate: * Supabase - database and image storage * Google - sign-in (Google Sign-In) and Google Analytics * OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, ArcGIS - maps * Ko-fi - support and in-app item purchases These providers operate servers outside Thailand, so your data is transferred and stored abroad. One account across sites: If you sign in on a related site (mymoneytoolkit), the same account is shared. Special Cases: We may disclose data when: * Required by law or court order * Preventing fraud or crime * Protecting rights and safety of users or public 4.3 Non-shared Data We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for the following periods: Data Type | Duration Account Info | Account lifetime + 30 days after deletion Conquered Trails | Account lifetime or until you delete Reviews & Comments | Account lifetime + 90 days (for community reference) After retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.
