By using this service you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service. Continuing to use it after the terms change means you accept the change. The service is free to use and requires signing in with a Google account. If you are under 20, you should use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Content, photos, and reviews you post remain your copyright, but you grant the site permission to: * Display and publish them on the site to provide the service * Resize or convert files so they display correctly * Show them to other users and visitors Uploaded photos are stored at public URLs. Anyone with the link can view them without signing in. You confirm that what you post is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright. Trail data, descriptions, and artwork produced by our team are the copyright of the site and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Strictly prohibited: * Posting inappropriate, offensive, obscene, or illegal content * Posting content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination * Spamming or harassing other users * Impersonating others or providing false information * Reviewing trails you have not visited, or marking trails as conquered that you did not hike, to climb the leaderboard * Using the service for commercial purposes without permission * Automated data extraction (scraping/bots) or interfering with the system This community is about sharing useful and constructive information.

We collect account information (name, email), photos and content you upload, and your activity on the site such as reviews, trails marked as conquered, and who you follow. Your profile page is publicly viewable. What exactly is shown publicly is listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not collect your GPS location. Full details, including your rights under the PDPA and how to exercise them, are in the Privacy Policy.

Important warning: Hiking carries real risk. You are responsible for your own safety and that of your companions. Always check the weather, obtain permission from the authority managing the area, and prepare proper equipment before setting out. Trail information and reviews: * Come from users and from our team's research; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy * Coordinates, distances, and times shown are approximate and must not be used as your primary navigation * Trail conditions can change (floods, landslides, wildlife, fallen trees, area closures) * Difficulty varies with each person's fitness Limitation of liability: The site and its developers are not responsible for: * Accidents, injury, or death * Delays or errors in the information * The actions of other users * Technical problems or temporary service outages This service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and defend the site and those involved with it against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from: * Your breach of these terms * Your infringement of another person's rights * Content you post

We reserve the right to: * Remove content that breaches these terms * Suspend or terminate user accounts * Refuse service to anyone Accounts may be suspended for: * Repeated breaches of these terms * Posting illegal or inappropriate content * Creating fake accounts or misusing the service Deleting your account: send a request to [email protected] and we will delete your personal data within 30 days (except data we are legally required to keep). Reviews you posted may remain visible in anonymized form for community reference.

* These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand * Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Thai courts * If the two language versions conflict, the Thai version prevails Mediation: before taking legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation.

* These terms do not transfer rights to third parties * If any provision is void, it is severed and the remaining provisions stay in force * Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right
